That sounds fantastic!! Congrats to the US scientists--too many don't get enough credit for working their way toward miracles every day.

It's a long way from mice to humans, but I see cause for optimism. I just hope and pray that when and if this vaccine is developed, it will be available to all and not just to the wealthy and the well-insured.

Has any of this been published in a peer-reviewed medical journal?

Wy is fox news reporting it and not the medical community?

Precisely why I am not getting my hopes up. Fox is more likely to repeat the claims of snake-oil salesmen.

I would never take a vaccine for it. Just stop using antiperspirants with aluminum chlorhydrate in it and eat right and deal with your emotions instead of bottling them up and you increase your chances of not getting cancer.

Do some research on what has been happening to young women who have taken the guardicil vaccine...

Personally, after having and beating cervical cancer twice now due to HPV...I wish that Guardisil had been around when I was a teenager, no matter the possibility of side effects. All vaccines have side effects and some of the possible side effects can be very harsh, but usually effect only a handful of people and IMO are still worth the benefits they give to the vast majority. Hopefully this breast cancer vaccine will prove effective and lead to breakthroughs in other cancer research.

Both comments are very interesting points of view and make strong arguments for each side.
